Before Mac took off for 4 of the last 6 weeks I asked people to track and report any and all "Team Bernstein" insults of Mac. I'm here to say I didn't hear any. I'm guessing my CSFMB brethren did not either as their were no posts citing any Mac attacks So Dan McNeil comes back with no wars declared on him. He has nothing to avenge.  I think the Goff thing scared them straight, Mackie.

Yeah, he said he didn't want a report, but he did. He's gotta act like it rolls off him. That's the cool, easy rider attitude. Mac wants to project that. But he cares when they get personal. Anybody would. Hey, it was good news. Bernstein and his soldiers left him alone when I was listening at least. |

Just hit me. Maybe "Team Bernstein" knew CSFMB was on the watch because of my initial thread. Thus it made them not go on the attack. Cuz they knew they couldn't get away with it. Mac would find out. So CSFMB was like the CIA vs Terrorism. We prevented MAC ATTACKS. How do you like them apples? |

I'm more interested in Finfer's sudden surge of posting on this site. Was it Mac's idea? Finfer doesn't have an original thought in his simplistic brain. Maybe Mac feels Finfer needs to mingle more with listeners as part of his plan to mold Finfer into a radio host. Have him appear to be amiable and appear as a guy who respects listener feedback. Mac: I've been grooming your worthless ass for a decade now. You have no likeability factor. Go on CSFMB and cater to their idiocy. While Finfer will always take shit for being Mac's boy (and Finfer knows it), it was the smart career move. Mac is somebody that enjoys taking his young producers under his wing (See Spiegel). Finfer realized it. They're using each other to fill needs. It was Ben's only shot for a sports talk show host career. He grabbed it. Might work. Might not. But it was the only way for him. I think this Shepkowski pollock is taking Spiegel's and Finfer's route as well. (I'm half Polish. I'm allowed.)
