I was trying to equate Oak Park Vandy to a Score host.

I get it. It didn't work.

Especially since the Golf course wasn't even taking a dime according to Mac. I remember Goff bitching on the air that Score producers didn't get comp'd for the Score's anniversary roast. That wasn't for charity. Zimmerman wanted to make money from his people and the listeners.

He was used as a way to slap around other hosts/producers and show the power the Mac wielded at 670. I'm sure other personnel thought he was in a weakened state upon his return so this was a way to show them that he could take some greenhorn off the street, plug him and do shows all with the snap of a finger. It worked.
