Mac and Meat going at it for real. This is why this is a great show. Meat does well at being honest as does Mac. And any crap like I imagine B&B have is out in the open. |

Oh Meat wanted to talk a ton of Rivera baseball and Mac obviously wants to lean last night football as well as Bears. They were just real honest and heating up going at it. |

Meat: "maybe you'd prefer if I only come in on Sunday mornings" Mac: "well you know that's not going to get much play on weekdays from 9-1" |

Franky T wrote: Mac: "well you know that's not going to get much play on weekdays from 9-1" So Spiegs doesn't get any say in the show's content? Next time Mac wants to do a fishing segment I hope Speigs reminds him the NBA moves more meters, and insist they talk about the Lakers instead. |

Agreed. I wonder how much play the return of Rose against the Heat no less is going to get in about a month. Something tells me that Mac is going to attempt to pooh pooh it as he has everything else NBA or Bulls for that matter |

Maybe something happened at the gas station that we need to hear about. |

Reminds me of a few weeks ago when Mac had some pre-season Hawks talk and Meat broke out the condescending smarm and demanded some pre season bulls talk. |

I'm listening to the hour 2 podcast. You just have to love Spiegel making fun of that Kostas guy B&B had on. He found his enthusiasm "cute." What a patronizing sack of shit. God forbid someone actually likes their job, and is excited to have it. He was from some obscure (to me anyway) website, and I'm sure being on the radio in the number 2 market was pretty exciting for him. Spiegel takes his job for granted to the Nth degree. I find myself gleefully waiting for the day of his comeuppance. It will be schadenfreude galore for me! |

The best thing about this spat is that each one of them will use parts of it in the future to try and light the other one's fuse. |

Tomorrow should be a thing provided both of them show up to work. Mac will be able to shit all over Cutler and the princess will bring in his yellow pad full of football metrics grades....which Mac will hopefully shit all over as well. I guarantee you we will hear from the candyman,"It's one game!!! I had them at 3-1 and they are at 3-1..blah blah blah....blah blah I read trestman's book and in it he explains that losing is acceptable. I read the book first. No room on my bandwagon you copycats...blah" |

I felt bad for the Minnesota Vikings replacement reporter they had on when they went around the league a few weeks ago. The princess mocked him and made fun of him on the air and that is pretty pathetic. As soon as he feels above someone he shits all over them. |

So Spiegel bitches to Mac about the hockey offseason being too short, they get Stan Bowman on the air, and Spiegel bitches to Stan Bowman about the hockey offseason being too short. Bowman's response was basically "yeah, well...?" |
