...before the great cleansing, or is it the other way around? Anyways, it's Monday and the boyz may or may not be back in town. Is Mac still on sabbatical? Is Meat in? Leary? Be on the lookout as a cavalcade of bad radio may be on the way....or a wagon train full of excitation my be just around the bend. Sports! I'm sure the World Series will be on the mind of Meat and football will be nary a whisp on his willow. Talk about it, listen to it, do it. Just watch your butts out there, folks, it's been a crazy week. |

"Dan McNeil is out. We hope he's back soon." Not much information for his adoring fans. Is he on vacation? Is he ill? |

This guy is the Babe Ruth of missing work. No, he's gotta be Mickey in 61. Lifetime legend who gets outdone by lesser known and liked teammate (Meat Maris) |

I'm assuming there are a fair amount of long-time listeners who tune in to hear him. Kind of a unique situation when your name is on the marquee, so to speak. |

Anyone hear Rosenbloom take a swipe and Mac and Spiegs this weekend saying, their philosophy for job security is to miss as much time as possible from your regular shifts? |

Speigal's tone when he said that this morning made it seem like Mac fell off the wagon or something. If it were a vacation you'd think they could provide an exact return date, unless it was a vacation and he just didnt show up to work today... interesting way to start the week though |

Meat sounds like he's about to fall asleep during this interview with Doug. He probably needs another day off. |

At some point the station needs to say you can't count on Mac, and cut ties with his ass. They stood by him last time, but you can't count on him. |
