Here's what I figure Mac has in mind. He has about 8 or 9 months left on his contract. He's just hoping that Zimmerman will buy him out. Agree to pay him most of that money. Now, that's hoping a lot. Especially since we know how Zim likes to pinch pennies. If Zim doesn't give him the "buy out" number he's looking for, Mac will come back in a few weeks, when he's feeling better, to finish out his deal. Then there would be no way Zim would even offer him an extension. Mac knows it. I think he's always known it. So it's gonna be Larry and Spiegel. Much to the dismay of everybody. |

"IF" this is the case, it is the day the Score will take a step back. You will see the ratings drop and become equal or less than ESPN again. I am sure Zimmerman is aware it could happen, but he doesnt think it will. |

i think he just doesnt like working everyday on a strict schedule while trying to entertain at the same time. and i dont blame him for that, i would never want that job. i dont know how people like bernsie show up happy everyday... especially how miserable his callers make him. i think theres just something wrong with him. |

As much as Mac is My Guy and a good friend, I will always listen to both stations.....because I like sports radio, pretty simple. |
