ESPN 1000 has been my mid day listen all week and Im really starting to enjoy it just because Holmes isn't on. He tries to take over the show and drown out spiegs. Only talks bears and bulls. Need Mac back the station has completely forgot that the Blackhawks are the only team in town worth a damn |

The real casualty here is the blackhawk talk. Mac was no hockey expert but he was a passionate fan and he orchestrated some good talk with guests and his production staff |

The six regular hosts have no ability nor desire to discuss the Blackhawks, and a stupefyingly negative ability to discuss the Cubs. |
