Have people mentioned Spiegel's "ri-ri-ri-right" before? I've heard him use it in a "Oh yeah, I forgot about that." way and also in a dismissive "you need to stop talking so I can say things now" kind of way. There was a commercial a couple of years ago talking about people who are bad listeners and they used people who say "ri-ri-ri-right" as an example. |

Finfer said that that Trestman's scripted 15 plays to start the game should change if they're down 7-0.  Why the hell would the 15 plays have to change? It's the 1st quarter and you're not out of the game. It's not like you need to do hurry up. You don't need to abandon the run at that point. Those 15 plays are designed to gain yards and score a TD if you're down 7-0 or it's 0-0. Are their special "Down 7-0" plays in Finfer's mind? These Score people and their thoughts.

Finfer is a broadcasting major who knows absolutely nothing about sports and he proves it every time he opens his mouth. The Score has way too many of these guys who are pretending to be sports talk show hosts. I'm not saying every host has to be a former player but it would be nice if they had a few more guys who knows what it feels like to put on a jock and compete for something. |

Thanks, Goodfella. This show sucks. The Dan Pompeii interview was a joke, he didn't have one solid opinion on anyything. No one is to blame, Conte has snakes in his head etc. But Larry loves him because he always gives them information....wtd does that even mean. I ptfb'd shortly thereafter. And then there is Larry's petulant and douchey criticism of Trestman because he answers questions and sometumea those answers aren't complete. He went with this over and over and you could tell that Meat was annoyed as hell. Larry is def still holding a candle for Lovie. Anyways, I'm going to enjoy the time off the show thread, hang out with my newborn daughter and be back on the jkob this coming Monday. |
