If it's Mac, Jurko, and ???, what happens to Carmen? Would Mac rescue Finfer from the daily root canal that is working with Spiegel and Leery? Do they move Silvy and Waddle back to mornings and have Mac his merry band of...whatever do battle with B&B? |

mac reportedly pushed bernsie down the stairs, saying he was going to rip his tits off if he tries to say anything bad about hockey again. thats why they couldnt let mac back at the score. oh well though.. the score died when north was fired. its been a shell game ever since. |

I thought Mac was happy to be free of the mother ship and all the restrictions that come from working for the mouse. Why would he want to go back there? Besides he's still under contract another year right? Think the Score lets him out to go right to the competition without time off for the no compete ? Wouldn't we be looking minimum 6 months or so before he'd be on air over there ? |

WMVP/WSCR's over the air content is FCC regulated, how much diff could there be in what is and isn't allowed? ESPN probably wouldn't tolerate Bernstein's non-stop Penn State and CTE talk, as they impugn the integrity of ESPN's top content providers. |

This came up during cross-talk (NOT tranny) with W&S and Carmen/Jurko. Jurk was asking the gents for suggestions for presents for his wife. Waddle wanted him to bring her downtown for a weekend, then the idea came up to "bring downtown to her"- to bring Patrick Sharpe to Jurko's house. "Kinda like our former coworker, who was here today talking to the boss, did when he brought Bobby Hull to his house". I like W&S together, and MAC makes Jurko better, no matter what time slot they are in. As far as freedom from the mothership- the FCC standards are the same at each station, I wouldn't be surprised if the WMVP boss just used ESPN as a bigger stick to get his way with the talent. |

Mac is, was and always will be an EMPLOYEE, his bullshit only goes so far, he sure as shit doesn't dictate policy anywhere. Plus, he might not like it but he has a contract until the end of June. He fails to show, he's not a star, he's just a lazy putz with many problems/demons. Hard to demand much without settling the old contract. You guys are morons hoping for this comeback. As I said before, I hope he finds his way out of his problems, but I also hope he never comes back on the radio. His problems will only come back and worse each time. |
