OVER/UNDERS 86! Mac acknowledging the lameness of this segment, Finji, doesnt agree or not, but says "It is Spiegs baby!" and I know Spiegs is very proud of this segment, loves telling you it is up on the website...I have no idea why, but he does take some pride in these meaningless boring numbers. Jay then jumps in and not only hammers the segment, but takes a solid body shot at Spiegs by saying that the 'Segmenter" should help the R&D guy develop something interesting for the show!! Finally, this segment is done. Still need someone thing new, so, get to work and figure it out. |

Jay was going there, he really fired. I have been on this for quite some time. Huge lack of creativity is what bums Mac out from this group. He put them together, he likes all of them, but I dont think the group works well together when Mac is not around it doesnt produce what Mac was expecting. the show is like any other business. The daily show takes such an effort, sometimes it is hard to create, plan and implement anything new. just like any hotdog stand, cleaning business, etc. but those who thrive do it. So, I am not saying it is easy to create something new, as the show must be produced, but gotta learn how, |

Mac or someone else (Doesn't matter who), takes a picture of someone or something in the studio and posts it on the Score website. People then Tweet or call the show with a title for the picture. I don't hate speigel, but I think is a horrible radio host. As for the rest I just don't like the way the show is constructed. It's been terrible since it started and I expected better. |

I would imagine that a show is going to lose its rudder when the main host has some serious crisis that he has to deal with. Even knowing that Mac is struggling is likely to have an overall effect on the show. I am sure Mac is aware of this, acknowledges this and does not blame others for this. Just doesn't seem like he is that type of person. Plus, getting sober usually gives the person in recovery a big smack of reality as the denial goes away. |
