anyway i do like the idea. i don't know why the locals shows don't do stuff like that more often. well, it is work... but its free. local businesses have no problem handing out a free meal for some publicity...

Get it sponsored! Burger of the week! Tell the establishment that true judging and ranking will take place! Obviousley, if they pay for the publicity you arent going to rip them, but you might give them a 10th ranking out of the 10 places to be ranked. Easy spot to SELL, something people will look at one the web site (Much more than the Beatles draft..ughh) Will take care of the daily "I am hungry request" Once a week, as you can only have Burgers so many times a week. Its a solid idea.

Didn't they do this a few years back, had burger/pizza/wings contests that the establishments had to sign up to offer a discount to WSCR listeners to participate? I think we might've availed ourselves of Boston Blackies coupons from 670thescore.com for a work lunch. Right around the time Boston Blackies owners got busted trying to sneak money to Al Qaeda via Canada.
