Is Mac back from cottage or is it longer? I don't know, the cynic in me says he will be on vacation for 3 months. Anyways, I hope he's back...I like Meat and Rozner but Rozner gets on my nerves after a while. At least Larry was not let anywhere near a mic for those few shows. Abbaty and Rozner was decent as well. I still miss my Goff and Meat fill in days....ah, those halcyon days of innocence and naivete. Anyways: White Sox suck now so the whole "Whoa, Chicago! This team may just be a contender so tune in!" thing is done. NBA? JAMES IS A WANG WHIPPER, spurs choked............AGAIN That's about it. Not much of anything going on. Tune in? Sure, why not. SomeGuy. |

The Cubs took 5 of 6 on their home stand and are 14-13 at Wrigley. That is worthy of some discussion. The idea that the Sox might be a contender is not dead in my opinion. Should the Sox make a deal for a starting pitcher (which I see as a possibility) they could most certainly contend for a wild card bid. Some discussion should be heard about Ventura's decision to leave Sale in his last start a couple batters too long though. |

It's really not, they are bad and not going anywhere in near future of 3-5 years. Their grand plan is to be bad, well, they are and will be for a while. Anymore talk of "The Plan" and how only Meat, BernSTINE and Rozner are the only people that "get it" in Chicago will drive me to make a pouty a face. When your "HOT PLAN" is how to trade a good pitcher so you can get worse, you're in trouble on the radio. |

Great show so far. Mac is recharged and throwin' punches and Meat is flowing well. Spraying to all fields. |

I PTFB whenever I hear that fucking Comcast commercial (I'm supposed to be playing you....no, you're supposed to eating the barrel of a shotgun, cockgobbler) and forget to punch back when it's over. Haven't heard much this a.m. |

The worse the Cubs purposely get means it will take long to turn it around. That 2 years may be fair for teams that aren't run by eRMAC and The Plan, but yhe Cubs ain't gonna be contenders just because some players are brought up. |

Was enjoying the show but the stream has a bad connection so I had to bail. Maybe tomorrow. |

I dont think anyone in the know has ever talked about literally losing on purpose. Let's not act like Bernstein knows anything The Cubs are not that far away from contending for a wild card. They're like two free agent signings away from that. |

Why sign Max Scherzer is you're trying to be bad and lose 100 games a season? |

You make it sound like they are throwing games. |
