Meat and Jim Miller? Not too bad, good to hear some football talk that wasn't completely all, "This guy is...uh, BAD." Like over on the B&B Shit Show.

But....that's all I got.

Post Here?

Whatever.

Wonder if we can give Spiegs a gentle nudging, via Twitter, to go after B&B in transition for their ridiculous hypocrisy (Count Fagula, gay drops, etc.) in regards to the Dungy stuff.

He didn't like the conversation Miller and Florio were having so he started sighing in the background like a little bitch and tried to change the subject. I'm officially pissed at Mac. Fat pants is out of control.

He's holding his breath and stopping his feet like a toddler that isn't getting what they want. He doesn't have the ability to discuss a topic with somebody that has an opposing viewpoint.
I'm giving up on today since i know grimace's whiny ass won't let it go for the rest of the show.

It's kind of interesting to hear Miller have a non-Score opinion. Shows how bad the Score is that two hosts disagreeing is news.

For some reason it drives me crazy to hear Spiegel call him "Mills". I know it's irrational but it still irritates me.

He has a non-Score opinion because it was formed inside the sports arena instead of a class room at Columbia College.

I have really enjoyed the Wheel Of Co-Hosts, makes everyday feel like a weekend show. Except Rozner, I know he only a part timer and fills in the morning drive as well, but he gets it done for me.

From what I can remember, Jim Miller is the only ex jock to saddle up with Big Purple. I wouldn't have minded hearing Matt Bowen or even a Steve Stone show on a Sox off day. Why the hell not??? The bench isn't even being used for this deal. Joe O, Shep, Herb,... Matty doesn't count, he has already established himself as a regular on the station while the sun is still up.

If these are "auditions" and not just filler until Bears season (which is rapidly approaching!!!), this seems to be setting an awful precedent for Mac signing new paper and taking the post-Blackhawks summer off from now until his permanent vacation. This is about ratings people!!

And if the ratings are fine w/o Mac during his latest summer absence then you can bet Mac may lost much of his leverage..... That is if Mitch has a brain.

Big Purple: SIIIGHHH...It's like, about humanity, man. He's not being given a chance because he's different.

Miller and Florio: The NFL is the ultimate meritocracy. If you're good enough, regardless of whatever else you bring to the table, you'll make the team. Michael Sam is not the first gay player in an NFL lockerroom.

Big Purple: Mutter, mutter, SIIIGGHHH, mutter...

WestmontMike is right, that segment with Florio was ugly and unfortunate for Spiegel.

I'm starting to like Miller. IMO he's made it clear that he doesn't have any respect for Bernstein as he's said on several occasions that he's disappointed in people who yell and name call because they are not capable of having an adult discussion.

I think Polian just said that Michael Sam ended up in the right place because Greg Williams could help him with his package.

He committed one of the cardinal sins of interviewing, he wasn't listening to what was being said. I'm still unsure as to what Meat was actuallu disagreeing with. He said at your end of the show that he disagreed with "a whole lot..." But what exactly? I also think Miller was needling him by continued saying of " ...we can diacuss it like adults..." When Meat was clearly incapable.

Agreed. It reminds me of Jim Morrison in the famous show at the Hollywood Bowl.

Chus, use your computer magic to turn Jim Morrison into a purple grimace.
