Post subject:  OFFICIAL 8/6 Mac and Meat ST: Leverage? No.
Ratings are out and there isn't much there, too much historical interference from a slow sports season to judge. What we do know is that the Meat and Whoever Show is doing ok and will most likely do OK when football season arrives. This is not good for Mac and may force his return to the show which is a good thing. Of course the worst sports show in Chicago continues its decline, B&B suck cock and more people are figuring that out.

Anyways, there is a show on today.

Listen to it.

Over under on how many times Big Purple uses the term "oppo" throughout the show like it's some hip baseball insider term to describe the Baez homer ? I'll say 5

The ratings for the entire month were indeed in a couple days ago and it was a clean sweep for ESPN. That IS a big deal. Without Mac, the 9am-1pm show had lower ratings and it also meant a weaker lead-in for the always sucky B&B show, which adversely affected their ratings. If they had any sense, they would just hand Mac the 1pm-6pm slot with whomever he wants and have Fat ass and Bernstein do the 9am-1pm slot. Terry....he can just go away, as did any effort to produce a quality show went away years ago.
