I just find it hard to believe that an extremely well compensated, capable guy with virtually unlimited resources didn't know exactly what happened in that elevator. |

The only thing I'm having a hard time understanding is why only 2 games initially, even if he didn't see this bonus footage that he's lying about? Surely, it wouldn't have made much of a difference to him (RG) if he went for 4 or 6 right off the bat... That way, if the the Player's Union or Ravens, or whoever had an issue with the length, even if he acquiesced to their insistence, his ass would be covered. All he would have to do is point to the fact that he wanted more games, and didn't get his way. |

I asked that when the original suspension came out. Who was going to be upset if it was more than two games? The Ravens I suppose, but what team wants their guy suspended longer? Rice was a name, but he wasn't a star by any means. |

I haven't heard anybody bring up that not only was information available but the NFL has its own gestapo of "private investigators" that they have monitoring the comings and goings of players. I'm sure they sent out one of their dicks to obtain all information by any means necessary. |
