Well, well ,well......here we are a few weeks into the new show (official title?) and it hasn't been a complete shit show like I thought it would be. I'm hoping one of the boy behind the glass (hey hey) gets to be more of a third wheel to balance things out but as it stands this show is listenable and good at times. Mannelly is actually showing up to work, doing prep and trying. That is refreshing. His voice is decent for radio and he can converse in a way that doesn't make me want to light myself on fire. His time during interviews is also OK. Lots of OK but he is trying to improve.

Meat..........well, not too bad at least from my vantage point. His interviews are still cringe worthy at times when he asks asshole questions to the guest that you know that simply CAN'T give a straight answer to nor would they want to. It shows a complete lack of self awareness and is awkward radio....in a bad way. But he hasn't been a show killer (again, IN MY OPINION) and has actually shown some growth now that Mac is totally toast and in witness protection.

Bits and Pieces: Some of the segments and such can go or be altered, to tell you the truth I don't even know what they are or what they are named but that is probably part of the problem. As long as Meat doesn't try and cram it down I'm ok. We shall see.

Switched to "Kap & Haugh". Mannelly is not a man for all seasons. They better hope the Bears stay interesting all year. If they go on a losing streak,this Mannelly experiment will end quickly.

I really like Mannelly. And I never disliked Spiegs, unlike most here. I'll be listening most of the day.
