Is Spiegel going to be fired up that his Boston team won?

My title for today was "Keep the Faith!" because I am guessing these two are going to.

The word of the day seems to be disgusted.

They're gonna have chicken anyway, because you know damn well fat ass Grimace isn't gonna rely on the Bears winning to stuff his face.

Gould just really illustrates every week what a big problem with this team is. "Everything will be fine. We work hard every week. Do you think we like losing?" Doesn't accept the justifiable criticism. Spouts off platitudes that mean absolutely nothing. Delusional in thinking everything will be fine. These arrogant assholes deserve to keep losing, and I hope they do. Talk is cheap, Rob, but your under-performing team certainly is not.

He was background noise for me. I'll hear what Miller has to say but it's Buffone who will take this team to the woodshed.

He is, but he went to Emerson and is known to have adopted Boston's sports teams (but not the Bruins, because he was a hardline hockey-is-for-white-trash guy until the Hawks won their first Cup). Which came first, I can't say; he could have been one of those contrarians who picked up the Red Sox to irritate people who like the Yankees. FavreFan, IMU, other people my age, remember those little fucks in grade school who said they were Orlando Magic fans and wore Shaq/Hardaway jerseys during the height of the Bulls? Grimace may have been one of those.

I like how Emery lead with reading the laundry list of injuries they have. As if to say, "hey, we've got all these injuries, that's why we suck" without actually saying it. Then he says Houston's sack celebration was out of frustration. Umm, no, it was out of stupid self indulgence.

Am I listening to Emery mumble his way through a press conference?

Spiegs beats the Score to the punch and says unequivocally that Madden is the new Cubs manager, and such things have been in the works for a while.
