Post subject:  2/25: Goff Sounds Like Mac
Goff's speech pattern is very similar to Macs in that he often sounds like he's both out of breath and giggling/laughing while he's talking.

The show is OK. Even if I really like his partner, my dislike of Spiegel means I can't listen all that much.

Agreed. I think it's going to take some time to get back in the habit of listening to the Score during middays.

When he would fill for Spiegel he always sounded too hyper and over excited, like he needed to stop talking for a while and take a few deep breaths.

Sayers was horrible on that earlier read. She is not even close to a viable update person.

The show is fine. I think Goff and Spiegs bring different interests and perspectives to the show, which makes them a good pairing.

His assist avg @ Memphis was decent but his assist to TO ratio was 1.8. Not good.

Yes. Totally agree. He's motormouth and it makes the show bad. He's gasping for breath half the time just to make it through YET ANOTHER lecture.

It was really bad during his misguided talk about Josh Hamilton and Johnny Football.
