At 9:20, Goff posed the question "When did this station become so pro management?"

Shots fired at Bernstein.

It's about time there's some meaningful dissension in the ranks at AM 670.

Was the anti-North sentiment always there or did it only come out after Pappy gained power at the Score? It's amazing to think it's taken this long for some Bernstein blow-back.

Jason is bringing some common sense back to the station. I like it a lot.

I've said this from day one, he's here to fire on Dan. Of course, Day one wasn't that long ago.

North burned bridges when he engineered breaking up Monsters and HFC.

This segment they sounded like petulant little twats. Cheap shots at Mac about people only smoking, and not interested in talking. You sound like childish bitches especially Spiegel. God do I loathe that smary, cheesy, phony fuckstick!!!

A civil war of Goff vs Bernstein? No. Goff still believes in most of Bernstein's teachings and recites them.

He might take some shots at Bernstein but wouldn't actually confront him on it in tranny.

Spiegel vs. Bernstein is the true civil war. But Spiegel can't win it.

I hate to say it, but Beardown is right. Radio is bad now!

Just heard a clip in the rejoin of Spiegel talking about eating bananas like a monkey and "Once you go monkey, you never go back."

How do you eat a banana like a monkey? As far as I know, eating a banana involves peeling it and eating it. I didn't know there was a lot of room for variation.

Monkies peel bananas different than you and I. Of course this talk give BLACK GOFF (he's a brother you know!) More tired race crap to riff off of.

Grimeat started this banana thing last week. Evidently, monkeys peel and eat bananas from the bottom part and not the top stem portion as humans normally do.

Race talk could be fun. I sometimes like when Goff jokes about it. But there are sometimes when he's saying whitey is racist when it's just not there. If Jason was one of Bernstein's black callers he would say to him "Jason, go back to your world where you think there is a Klansman hiding underneath your bed." Or he says something like that.

Hour 2 of today's podcast is up, Hour 1 is still missing. Does Bernstein need to review?!?!?!?!

Hmmm...never realized monkeys peeled bananas that way.

Did they ever address the station being too pro management? I haven't been able to listen to the whole show and tuned out before Bruce Levine was on.

Was about to post the same thing. I prefer to listen commercial free, so I go to the audio after WGN.

Ever notice cartoon banana peels when the character slips? Not peeled the way a person typically peels the banana. (not sure how to post .gifs)

I peel bananas monkey-style. Just give 'em a little pinch and you're in business.

Indeed.

If you peel them monkey-style you don't get the pesky inner sleave of the banana sticking to that long delicious shaft.

It's actually pretty awesome.

SomeGuy is usually way ahead of the curve on a lot of things in life but the banana thing was something I wasn't aware of.

Now I am.
