Spiegs, I do not accept your apology for being late and lazy. I have to listen to preachy Rozner, alone, give me his diatribe about how was all over the Saad story. He told us a month ago. And I had to read that crap yesterday in the DH. FU! Grimace. Goff was good on Comcast last night. |

He is telling you everything is obvious, and you should have known Saad would want $6M+ a year. Although Barry did admit he thought the Hawks would still keep Saad. Bagels wrote: hey, i'm not opposed to starting early...but that's REAL early yeah the only time i remember starting that early was when i went down to champaign for a bears game in sept 2002 during their exodus-from-the-mothership season. i had a friend whose family sent all 3 of their kids (who were within like ~4-6 school years of each other) down to UIUC so they ended up buying a house when the first kid went down there and kept it til the last little daughter graduated, renting out rooms other students the whole time to recoup a bunch of $$$ and have a great living situation for the better portion of a decade. we stayed there and woke up as hung over as i ever remember waking up circa 7-8am, so i remember starting back up b4 breakfast just to stave off any crashing sensations. it helps too that 1) i was freshly 22 years old at the time so my body could handle the abuse and 2) you can walk down the street drinking alcohol in champaign/urbana so you were able to pace yourself and keep loading up right til you got to the stadium and dropped off your last can/bottle at one of the ~6-8 overflowing garbage cans at every entrance. otehr than that, holy shit, part of the joy of watching euro soccer is that you can have a coffee and a donut instead of a beer cuz i'm not gonna go that route unless it's a 1:45 kickoff or something. i mean MAYBE a 11:30 kickoff if it was a big huge game i did at a bar, but other than that fuckall. |
