Today showed the missed connection going on here. Spiegs asks if Goff wants to see the 21 K game or the 5 HR game. Spiegs didnt provide details for Goff that those 5 HRs would be by one player.....so Goff said he will take the 21 K game, thinking the 5 HRs are by a team. Shep , who then understands the question, says he would rather see a guy hit 5 HR's...Goff then jumps back in with a "Oh...I though it was a team hitting 5 hrs" C'Mon man! Gotta be better.... |

The main issue is that Goff doesn't know when to shut up and listen. It is as if he feels they need to keep talking no matter what - he did it during transition, he does it in every conversation with Speigs. It is always stream of consciousness - making this show a hard listen given there is no real depth to any topic. |
