I have never seen a media and some public so definitively act as if someone is guilty wwhile saying "I know he is innocent until proven guilty". And the drinking even if he has had his past there has not been one fact based item that said he was drunk. I don't necessarily believe it but I recall some person/journalist reporting he was sober for what that is worth.
