Goodwill=breathe of fresh air. Show is infinitely more listenable now. Spiegel even seems more relaxed. I feel Goff tries to dominate instead of having a free flowing exchange. He was better a few years ago on his Saturday show. Additionally, Rozner is terrible at everything and should be banned from the midwest.

Spiegel getting on his high horse about class and shaking hands has been tiresome and he seemed to completely miss some of Goodwill's points about the Pistons.

I liked the first half hour (sans Goodwin). Spiegs was relaxed, drove the show, organized, and articulate. There was no laughing or pounding of the console. No culture talk. Just sports. On a sports-talk radio station. It was glorious.

Then this Goodwill guy came in and started talking about how great Detroit is. The Score will always let you down.

Spiegel is more relaxed with a guest host. Cuz Goff just makes you nervous and jittery with his loudness, interruptions and just nonsensical rants - especially the race rants.

Also, Goff often brings the show to a screeching halt because he thinks Spiegel is insulting him. So we get "We gone do this?" or "You're a bad guy" and then they have to spend a segment getting through their issues.

Sometimes I have no idea what Spiegel has done to upset Goff. Sometimes it's just not clear to the listeners. But Goff is always on edge looking for the slightest slight and then crying about it. I've never known a male more sensitive than Goff.

Sports/talk radio as a whole is WAY too Twittery. Every damn time I turn on the radio, it's about a Twitter War or mention.

Goodwill was decent I guess, but I ended up switching to AM1000 anyway. Lotta Bulls talk that I don't want to hear on both stations. FM got a lot of selecting on today's drive in.
