It's the poor argumentation that I can't handle. And the virtue-signalling.

When it comes to questioning the outrage or the context concerning Shaw's F-bomb, if Goff can't argue that it's not a moral issue (hey, Goff and his friends say it when they are together), he changes the context to it becoming a workplace issue, but then adds, "Go hug a better person." Of if you simply question the outrage, you're a (thanks Cowley) an Archie Bunker fan.

F---ing virtue-signalling. He needs you to know he's on the right side of history. Can't you see? Is it not clear? It's so clear to him that he's guffawing.

Have a little Socrates in ya, jackass.

Shhh, he doesn't want you to know that he's into that. Just that he has "homosexuals in his family."

Wasn't Goff the producer who started the "GAY" sound drops on the Boers and Bernstein show? He sure seems to enjoy talking Blackhawks whenever there's controversy. As I said in another thread, I look forward to seeing how the flagship handles things when a Cubs player is involved in a controversial issue.

Goff was quite clear that "he knows his company" when using bad words. Meaning, it's ok to say anything as long as you don't say it around people who might be offended. Lots of hypocrites in this whole discussion though. I suspect all these writers and commentators have used that slur and ones like it at many points in their lives. The key point is that society's acceptance of such language has changed, and we all must change with it.

He absolutely was that guy hitting the "Gay" button. He was also the guy hitting the "Dumb ass cracker" and "White trash" button, though he recently lied and denied it was him. Said it was always Bernstein.

The "Team Bernstein" people are quite something. Now they're all righteous and on the right side of history. But just 5 or 6 years ago they weren't. They were all homophobic gay bashers.

Let me add, just a couple of weeks ago, Goff said that guys who order a certain drink should wear skirts. Drinky called Hawk Harrelson a sexist for saying something similar. Said nothing about Goff's comment. Like I said in the other thread, Boers nicknamed a guy "Count Fagula".

So take a bow "Team Bernstein". You are all hypocritical sons of bitches!!!!!

Bernstein:

Boers:

Drinky:

Goff:

So let me get this straight. And God help anybody trying to figure out how Goff's brain works. But he's saying it's "OK" to say "burrito" in the right company? So basically what he's saying is it's only OK to say burrito in the company of other homophopics like Goff. Cuz he knows they'll laugh and not be offended.

Way to be Goffer. We should all be like you.

No, when he is around the dark skinned brothers, he can let loose with the n word.

And when he's around the real pasty whites, he can use the word "Cracker".

Makes perfect sense to me. I love Goff logic.

And when he's in the transgender bar, he can let loose with some stuff too.

Isn't that essentially what Goff is doing (saying) though Camps?

It is, but Beardown irks the hell out of me sometimes.

Hard to disagree with any of that.

Good grief to Goff. I don't listen IRT (too many commercials), but today his Instagram has just been post after post of "angry callers". Meanwhile, the other day on the podcast he admitted toward the end of the show that he purposely chums the water for this type of reaction. #greatradio
