I know these companies circumvent the ad laws with .net is where you play and .com is the company that advertises. Thus the websites or entities taking the money are taking it from a seperate LLC/Corp/Etc.

Anyone seen any tourneys recently? Is the ad money still there from these companies?

I know Full Tilt Poker was a big sponsor for UFC fighters and the UFC put the halt on that real quick. As for the tournys on TV I think alot of those are taped a few months in advance of the actual showing.
