My book has 47, and I am really on the fence on this game.

One parts of me wonder how Florida is going to score points.

I expect Ohio St. to put up around 30 points, maybe more, but if they do get a lead, they will lean on their running game, as they did all season.

Thoughts on this total ?

Florida will be the fastest team that OSU has faced since Texas. I expect a closer game than many people expect and put it on the number at 27-20.

Total was sitting at 46 for a few days and I bought the over there last night. A LOT of sharp money has been coming in on the under for the last month, but mostly at lines above 47 (was 48 early). Gameday public bettors are driving the total higher. StuGotz gave out Florida and over a long time ago and I agreed with him then. And I agree with him now. I also agree with Vince that both teams go over 20. I also believe the delay in playing this game is a benefit to the offenses in game planning. I look for a close game with both teams going over 20. I have Florida +7-1/2 and OVER 46. Good Luck.

Florida took the championshipi away from Ohio St. They played great, and that was an unbelievable performance.

Vince nailed it. It looked to me like the Florida kids were faster and better coached ... certainly better prepared anyway. Ohio State hadn't seen team speed faster than their own and they couldn't handle it.

Being a Big Ten'er, I would have thought OSU would win but I thought the team speed would be awfully tough to compete with tonight.

All night long, I just couldn't figure out who Ohio St. thought they were game planning against.

Why rush 3 passers when Leak has made mistakes with the pressure on him ?

Why continually alllow Leak to throw the ball 5 yards or short, and allow Florida to march down the field.

Not taking any credit away from Florida, they were/are the better team, just puzzled as, to me, it appeared that Ohio St. thought they were playing some pro-style offense.
