Well, now that Street Sense lost the Preakness, it looks like the Belmont will have two holdovers from the first two races in Curlin and Hard Spun, a few coming off a rest from the Derby in Imawildandcrazyguy and Tiago and a few newbies on the trail in Slew's Tizzy, Digger and Time Squared.

It probably won't be as exciting as the first two legs, but I'll provide some analysis later in the week.

Things just got a little more interesting with the Kentucky Oaks winner Rags to Riches being entered into the Belmont. The filly (yes, it's a girl) has won 4 straight since losing her first start as a 2 year old. The horse is from former classic winner AP Indy and should have no problems with the distance. Trainer Steve Pletcher tries to get the Triple Crown monkey off his back.

Not a lot of value in this race. I ended up with the following:

Curlin over Slew's Tizzy and Tiago in 10 dollar exactas

and

3/257/All in a 2 dollar tri wheel
