What a terrific field with Maximum Security, King for a Day, Mucho Gusto and Joevia!

I'm sticking with Joevia, but I like Mucho Gusto, too. Baffert has owned the Haskell.

So they have everybody come in, park, pay admission, buy some food and drinks. They run a couple races then say they are shocked, shocked they say, at the incredible heat and humidity. So they cancel most of the card and move the Stakes races (including the Haskell) to the evening. The move was correct, given that the more important circuit of Saratoga cancelled their card ON FRIDAY. NBC had a hour of programming scheduled. Could have made this decision 48 hours ago...Monmouth f*cked this up good.

But I'll eventually bet on the exacta of Mucho Gusto (out of Mucho Macho Man) and Everfast.

Once Saratoga cancelled they got greedy and thought they could get all that handle for themselves. Woodbine is getting it instead. #BetWoodbine

Have you ever been to Woodbine? It looks like beautiful, particularly the turf course.

Yeah, I've raced harness horses up there. Got second in a Breeder's Crown and should have won the Metro going for a million in 1999 but ended up fourth after a tough drive:

It wasn't great for harness racing because the track was all the way on the inside where the new turf course is and you had to look through all those fences. But the facility was great. And that was before they put in the casino. I'm sure it's even nicer now.
