What the hell else are you going to be watching? thoughts on late Pick Four Race 9…the 3-Tom’s d’Etat is worthy, and I wouldn’t leave him off your tickets…but I like3 or 4 others at a price…7-Snapper Sinclair, great horse, Geroux/Asmussen, 5/7 ITM on this track, should be there again today…8-Bankit Asmussen’s other horse…Baffert’s quality horse the 14-Improbable is stuck way outside, tough spot as that 1st turn comes quick 7-3-14/8-2-10 Race 10…1-Prodigious Bay has the rail and speed, and Van Dyke will send him, could go w2w…local trainer Jimmy DiVito has been trying to get the 6-Ugo going in the am, missed at this level 1st out, could improve greatly…7-Oxide fits but hasn’t raced in 2 months…Diodoro is extremely hot as a trainer and brings the 9-Eddy Forever, but I will be against this horse hoping it takes $...I ended up on the 10-Dean Martini off a sharp 2nd right here two weeks ago, ready to graduate…11-Wartime Hero and 12-Hunt the Front, good horses, bad posts.. 10-12-6-1/7-9-11 Race 11…Baffert’s 4-Thousand Words will be tough here will attract the money (as will the 1-Basin, who I’m against) but both are beatable here…although you could put a line thru Thousand Words last, has been training hard in am and just has better overall talent…9-Digital I love trainer stats and Calhoun’s numbers in this situation, plus this horse’s 3 for ITM and that bullet work 10 days ago-poised to make money…10-Something Natural Brad Cox is one of the most profitable trainers, class jump but, 2 races here, a win and a place…also the 6 (Asmussen) and the 12 (Pletcher) deserve a look…good luck with this one 9-4-10-6-12-1 Race 12 is a sneaky good Optional Claiming 50K with a lot of well intentioned trainers…no early speed… I think this one will pay with the 12-Two Emmys…trainer Robertson’s numbers are just what you want in this situation, dirt speed figures fit well…10-Sonny Smack, last 3 races has done nothing wrong…9-Cashanova…human connections hard to ignore, speed a ?...7-Croatian, cutting back in distance-beware-and I’m not kidding…this horse will blow up your trifecta…6-Exulting, difficult to read in that he’s been off for a while but has been training well and Maker knows how to win in these situations, but still pass on the win…5-Poplular Kid will be equally popular at the window and with good reason with Rosario onboard and recent success…but can be beat at what I think will be a cheap price…4-Limonite (Former JORR secret horse??)…back on dirt…Santana/Asmussen…fits well… 12-10-7/5-9-4-6 |

Gulfstream 5th- I like Lashara as long as it stays on turf. Using her on top of Champagne Lady. Oaklawn 9th- Tom's d'Etat will be very tough. Legit favorite. But I think Bankit has a chance and I like Fight On at a HUGE price. Oaklawn 10th- I will likely be singling Hunt The Front in this one. Oaklawn 11th- I'm probably going with Farmington Road here. Good luck, gentlemen! |

At Gulf, if you did a P3 in Race 1 using all/all/all it would have cost about $400 and will pay over $14K. |

I kind of like the 10 Nasty in the next one at OP. All kinds of trouble in his last out. Playing him on top of 2, 3, 11, and 12. |

thoughts on late Pick Four Race 12 is a sneaky good Optional Claiming 50K with a lot of well intentioned trainers…no early speed… I think this one will pay with the 12-Two Emmys…trainer Robertson’s numbers are just what you want in this situation, dirt speed figures fit well…10-Sonny Smack, last 3 races has done nothing wrong…9-Cashanova…human connections hard to ignore, speed a ?...7-Croatian, cutting back in distance-beware-and I’m not kidding…this horse will blow up your trifecta…6-Exulting, difficult to read in that he’s been off for a while but has been training well and Maker knows how to win in these situations, but still pass on the win…5-Poplular Kid will be equally popular at the window and with good reason with Rosario onboard and recent success…but can be beat at what I think will be a cheap price…4-Limonite (Former JORR secret horse??)…back on dirt…Santana/Asmussen…fits well… 12-10-7/5-9-4-6 |
