I have used the deal where you get free bets four different times. Three times I had to contact customer service multiple days after the fact to get the free bet bonus. For example, they had the deal where you get 50% of your live bet back in a free bet last Sunday win or lose. I did not receive the free bet until I contacted them on Friday. Anyone else have issues with them?
