Kirk and Charlie are Republicans and welches. I have no confidence Panther will be man enough to pay up, but if he wants to welch out on this one then he is doing so to everybody on the board. |

IIRC, Scorehead proposed his bet one day before Tebow was cut, Chus accepted the next day. |
