Even with weather issues, I can't see taking the Bears +9.5. The Bears will have practice squad quality players at WR. |

I'm assuming the conditions are awful. Plus, the Bills haven't exactly been putting anyone away. The Bills are essentially 12.5 favorites. I believe the Bears have only lost 2 games by more than a touchdown. |
