If I was to open a Bodog account, what is the best method to deposit, and what do you have to do to get a payout? What about other sites?

I just direct deposited it from a bank card. I took out $50 bucks after the 1st good run about a month in. This was last year, I haven't had another pay out and am down to like $20 left so haven't looked at it for awhile. Heard that some people were having issues taking money out, but the $50 came to my account in 2-3 days.
