Start making picks in this thread.

The Big Board will be up after 10 PM tonight.

This weekly wagering contest will reward the best football prognosticator with a $100 gift certificate from a meat/steak company. New guys can still join in any time and you don't have to make a pick every week. You can post your plays any time, but they must be posted before a game you are playing kicks off. You must make your picks in this thread and you must provide at least one reason for each pick. Minimum 50 picks to qualify by the end of the contest.

Lions +3.5 vs Packers- This could be the Lions last stand and they treat this game like their SUper Bowl.

Cowboys -14 vs Jets- I think the Jets are still bad and it will be Romo to Owens.
Colts -11.5 vs Falcons- The Falcons look bad and the Colts should rebound after the last couple of weeks games.

Arizona State +3 vs USC- ASU knows if they win this game can go to the Rose Bowl and still have a shot at the national championship.

Lions +3.5 vs Packers

Lions (good or bad) at home on Thanksgiving is usually a decent bet.

Cowboys -14 vs Jets

Jets surprised last week, but like the Lions, the Boys at home on Thanksgiving are usually a good play.

Colts -11.5 @ Falcons

If the Falcons come out like they did last week, Colts should win big.

NCAA Thanksgiving

USC -3 @ Arizona St.

Trojans help confuse Pac 10 Rose Bowl picture.

NFL Sunday

Vikings +7.5 @ Giants

Vikes should be able to run the ball and keep this one close.

Saints -3 @ Carolina

The good Saints show up this week and put up 30+ on the Panthers.

NCAA Saturday

Boston College -14.5 vs Miami

Hurricane players can't wait for season to end.

North Carolina -14 vs Duke

If the Irish can pound Duke, no reason the Tar Heels can't too.

Wake Forest pick over Vanderbilt- too tough a loss for Vandy last week to come back from.

Oregon -1 vs Ucla- I hope the Ducks can rebound, because they still have the Rose Bowl.

Notre Dame +5 vs Stanford- I am liking what I have seen from the Irish lately and can get a good start to next year.

Clemson -3 over South Car

Even with SC having last week off I think Clemson wins this one. Tough loss for them last week keeps this line at a FG. If this game is played last week Clem is a 6-7pt fav. They have the better talent.

Utah +4.5 over BYU

Utah been on fire the last six weeks. Will take them getting 4.5.

Okie St +13.5 over Oklahoma

Ok has only covered once the last seven weeks and they are a little banged up today. Ok St plays em tough.

Wash St +6.5 over Wash

Couple bad teams so I will take the 6.5 in this rivalry.
