* Big Brown was the news of the day, breezing 5 furlongs in 1:00. He was a bit rank in the workout, wanting to run more, but they kept him under wraps. He will walk tomorrow, jog Thursday, gallop Friday and walk Saturday. * The flight for Denis of Cork and Macho Again was delayed from Tuesday to Wednesday. Denis of Cork got his final timed workout in at Churchill Downs, breezing 4 furlongs in 48:60. The trainer was pleased and ready for the rematch. * Behindatthebar will not be in the Belmont. That leaves the field at 9 reported by the NYRA. * Post Draw is tomorrow. |
