yep, but 9K is a lot to lay out to win $100. That is a rate of return of 1.1 percent over 7 months. Then again, with the way the Bush Administration's policies are damaging the economy and the stock market, that "sure thing" might be better than what the stock market will produce between now and February. |

THe mass mutual fund im in through my work has a return of -7% this year. |
