JOR I just think 3 races since the 1st Saturday in May is just too much, I know I am no Irish Boy, but the last horse to win the Derby and Belmont was Thunder Gulch 1995 and that's a long fucking time. So long as a matter of fact a Chicago Baseball team was won a World Series in that time frame. |

Okay. I just think Animal Kingdom is probably the best horse. He may be due for a bounce. Nehro is starting to seem like a seconditis horse. He gets a great trip and finishes second. He gets a horrible trip and finishes second. Mucho Macho Man is interesting. He's still a pretty green horse. If they let Shackleford have his own way on the front he may win again. Contrary to popular belief the mile and a half favors speed. A lot of idiot jockeys figure they've got plenty of time since the race is so long. The next thing you know the guy relaxing on the lead is long gone. |
