The Falcons have looked great to start the season but I don't believe they are this good. Cam Newton and the Panthers are due to put together a complete game. I believe it happens this week. I'm taking the Panthers and the points.

Panthers win 23-17

The Chargers appear to be easy money. Looks like Charles is back but I doubt you'll see him get 300 yards again this week. Take the Chargers

It confuses me when you say take the points AND predict the straight up win. If you are predicting the win, forget the points and take the money line.

It gives me something to fall back on. I expect all of my "featured" upsets to win but I go with the points in the event they actually lose. You can call me a pussy but I prefer the wiggle room. If you're following me you can go ahead and take the money line. I don't feature a team I expect to lose.

I never call you a pussy...to your face. I've always followed your picks but if this is specifically your upset thread. It's only an upset if the dog wins otherwise its just a cover. Stand by your pick as it's usually pretty good. If you hit 50% on straight out upsets, you are doing great

As you can see the Falcons comeback is the reason why I never go all in. From this point forward I'll take you advice and take the money line with my "feature" pick.

That Chargers game was free money. I have no idea what the hell they were doing with that line.

You won't see that kind of favorable line for the Chiefs the rest of the year. Chargers will eventually be a fade as I think they are playing above their heads. Still, roll with them for now.
