What do you all think?? I like the Tigers to sweep the Cards giving the AL their 3rd straight sweep in the Series. Congrats to the Cards who are the best of a bad NL. Should be an interesting matchup involving the managers. Both of these guys are top 5 managers in my opinion. After watching Half-Baked for the last few years you really notice the difference when a manager who has a clue is running a team.

Tigers -219
Cardinals +199

If Nas is right, there will be good opportunities to bet the Cardinals in specific games, as they will be underdogs in most games, except perhaps when Carpenter pitches.

Odds of Cardinals winning in exactly 6 will probably be higher than 10-1.

Cards in 6

A big Jeff Weaver fan, are you?

Tigers, Tigers and more Tigers. Like I said, put down what you feel comfortable with losing but get yourself a piece of the Tigers action. This is not even a question.

I'm going to say Tigers in 6 - Tigers are the better team, clearly much better pitching, and bullpen, and will have a quality starter out there each night. Saying that, the Cardinals have the potential to score some runs, and the Tigers offense can struggle at times, so I'm going to say the Cards will win a 2 games - maybe one well pitched game by Carpenter, and then one game where they win a 7-5 game.
