I had it, but I paired it with Carnival Court in my exacta.

I had major effing issues getting my pick to stick on the site yesterday. It was really pissing me off. They changed the way you do it, and unless I missed it, without informing us how or why.

You have to now choose your racing league name and then make your picks before you save them, but it was a lot of trial and error on my part to figure it out. Maybe I'm just a dumbass.

I did and it shows I didn't win??????????

I know I did my pick -- I saw the replica wager slip just like the first two races. When I saw the most of the rest of you didn't have picks either I figured something was broken on the site.

Alas, Joe Orr, I only put real money on the first race. Pretty sure my horses are still running.

It's a thing I wrestled with, as I knew it would piss me off if I hadn't placed real money on a race I actually won. Oh well.

I can't wait for the Breeder's Cup. Love those races. Is it too early to start planning a get together for this? My wife is from the Heights, so we can go out that way. Whatever works.

No of course not -- too much going on Sunday and never got around to it.

Although Friday after taking a beatdown in the last 5 at Arlington we hung around Mr. D's for a few Del Mar races and did ok then.

My wife has really taken a liking to "Where the Surf meets the Turf" as have I. The track announcer is a pleasant listen:

I wish I could hit on races like this when I bet with real money. I was doing that to start but not for the past 6 or 7 races.

I'm not doing very well in this thing, but I'm glad you started it. It's forced me to pay attention to some divisions I wouldn't normally look at and hopefully that will pay dividends for me in the Breeder's Cup. Catalano has a couple youngsters who I suspect haven't shown their best yet.

I just wish there were more betting options. I have a difficult time betting 2-horse exactas when there are more than 7 or 8 horses in a race.

Joe Orr, what's the deal with races that have 1 and 1A horses? I don't understand why that's allowed. Can you please explain?
