SCR is running ads for online fantasy football, for money. B&B explained on the air, and I think they are right, that it is legal because fantasy football is considered a skill game. Of course, we know poker is illegal, because allegedly, it is not.
Seriously?
Drinky concurred, saying poker comes down to the turn of a card.
Dear Lord my head hurts. So there is no element of chance in fantasy football? Poker is every bit the skill game fantasy football is. It's about using knowledge and skill to put yourself in a position to come out ahead despite the element of chance.
How can anyone possibly argue otherwise? It's wrong.
Like Siri says in that commercial, "oh dear, I'm going. to need a-little help- here." How is this justified?
And football often comes down to the bounce of the ball, an injury, or bad weather.
Beardown is right. Drinky isn't so bright.
