Argentina v. Netheregions Doug, you public needs to know your thoughts! Either way it is an all Germanic championship game but they aren't going to play the championship in Brazil without a South American participant. |

Sorry, missed this...but I would have picked a draw. (bets to win don't count in extra time). I think Brazil loses the 3rd place outright especially if the play Argentina. I like Germany to win outright in regulation. |

Their coach has campaigned to have the 3rd place game eliminated for years. Brazil would not be able to show their faces again if they shit the bed at home. As a Netherlands fan, I have no desire to watch this game or have the players participate... van Gaal should just pull his players off the field and let Brazil have 3rd place, no one cares about this. |

No Action for me today. I'll be wearing my #9 Ronaldo jersey, but expecting them to get crushed. Have Germany at 11/2 to win it all. I did not put anything down on Argentina. #7 Schweinsteiger jersey tomorrow. We'll be trying to watch the final at the Globe but may end up at Mrs. Murphy & Sons Pub depending on the seating. Should be at one of those places around 12:15-12:30. |

All-in on dodgy flapper Arjen Robben & Het Nederlands Elftal  Also took Holland +125 to place 3rd in the tourney / win outright ( by any means possible) today. So even if they don't win both halves, still can cover the above wager and come out a few shekels ahead. Zero hedge.  Figure this is the final World Cup match for Robben and van Persie (both are 30+), and they'd rather go out winners. |

Haha, I figured Robben wanted to taste scoring a WC goal one last time. Brazil mugged dodgy flapper bald-dude any time he got close to scoring, esp in the 2nd half. I think Robben made the pass to score the 3rd/final goal, to "win" the 2nd half and make my wager pay--and was it in stoppage time?
