Post subject:  My Week 1 Upsets
Frank Gore is at the age where most RB's decline dramatically. Especially RB's that have taken the beating he's taken. You have a QB who hasn't had a great game since Week 1 or Week 2 of last year and you have a great defense that has more holes than Swiss cheese because of injuries/suspensions/free agency. Going on the road to play in Dallas the 49ers will need to be able to shut them down on defense or match them point for point on the scoreboard until Romo makes a mistake at the end of the game. They don't have the talent to do either of those things now. Cowboys win 24-14

This is a must read. I like your angle on the Cowboys. Remember, the Cowboys always come out of the gate on fire only to fade in December.

For those that don't remember this is only for dogs you are picking to win straight up so the money line is listed rather than spread

Bengals +101 W
Panthers +125 W
Colts +290 L

2-1 +126
I'm taking a flyer on the Colts. I think they can win this game but I'd much rather take the points. They other two look like straight up winners to me. I know Carolina had a lucky year but they still have a good D that should stomp on the patchwork Tampa OL.

I'll be shocked if both the Niners and Seahawks arent in the NFC championship game. My 2 favorite head coaches. Tomlin has dropped to 3rd.
