What about Padraig Harrington who just won the Honda Classic to win the Masters at Augusta at 200-1?

Why the hell not if he is hot right now? Huge potential payoff.

It would be a great story, and a fabulous payout, but I doubt it.

With a small field comprised of many amateurs and seniors, I like to bet the big dogs to make the cut. You have to lay some juice, but Rory, Bubba, Spieth, etc., are going to make the cut.

I'm putting some money on him today. It could be the chance of a lifetime to catch Harrington on a hot streak leading into the Masters, which is only a month a way. How many chances do you have to turn $50 into $10,000 and it's actually a viable bet?

There is definitely value at 200-1 with a field of about 100, but I think it is very unlikely.

Months ago, I grabbed Bubba at 20-1. His game is made for Augusta.

Bovada doesn't even have Harrington as a betting choice for Augusta, just for the PGA and U.S. Opens. So I called them today to add Harrington. Maybe they know they are vulnerable with Harrington and don't even want to offer him.

Bubba is an excellent choice. Looks like Rory doesn't have his head in the game yet this year. Lefty might be a good choice too.

After my request, Bovada now has Harrington at 100-1. Still worth a wager IMHO.
