so when the sox win 60 the stats services are more righter? :lol:

before year.....

right now would be lower....every stat service predicted the Sox to be UNDER....just want to make sure that is well stated so BRick doesnt reappear and tell everyone that nobody predicted it...like the Rizzo improvement last year that he continues to claim NOBODY predicted, except the computer guys.

Your team goes on a small spending tear in the offseason, you have a 1st round 23 yr old pitcher ready, you trade for top pitching, you should be excited and expect to compete for a playoff spot...otherwise, why go for it like that....but this scenario of the team going for it, the fan base being excited and projected numbers has been around for years now.
