What the title says. I am new to Bovada, relatively new... and I was recalling a few years back some folks had their online books funds seized. Course, my memory isn't what it once was. Anyway, what happened? Did those folks get their money back? Was it Forfeit? I understand that it is legal to wager on offshore operators such as Bovada, as current law only restricts running wagering sites. Is that understanding accurate? I was recently warned that Bovada is probably safe for a little while, maybe a year or so then pull out funds. Is this chicken little talk or what does it mean, Basil? |

I hope not. I have money on a few books that will probably be sitting there until football season starts. |
