Run before work and on weekends, bike/weights at night and on weekends. And aside from a football, baseball or hockey or two per week I watch very little TV and the last video game I played was sometime before the turn of the century.

Great week for me. Was thinking I would have a bad showing on the scale, but ended up dropping 2.5 lbs this week! Down to 207.8, eclipsed the 20 lb loss mark. Another 15 or so to go.

Was real nervous going into this week's weigh in. After the big drop off last week I was concerned there would be a correction the other direction. Also didn't have nearly the morning poop I was hoping for. But, got on the scale and was surprised to see it read 206.2, a loss of 1.5 lbs for the week! A total of nearly 22 lbs since Labor Day.

This week obviously starts the toughest month and a half anyone can diet. Hoping to at least maintain where I'm at for the week or at least not gain too much back. And overall hoping to get to the new year and be close to that 200 pound mark. Tough to do over the holidays as my hockey opportunities aren't as plentiful with rinks being used for tournaments.

Son brought home a Rottweiler puppy (May be 30lbs). I had forgotten how strong that breed is and more importantly, how much energy puppies have.

I'm calling thanksgiving and Christmas breaks alternative exercise routine times.

I stopped worrying about the scale when I slacked off for 6 weeks and gained no weight.

Gained no weight over the holiday but haven't lost any either. Been hitting the gym 3-5 times a week the last month
which is great, my diet has sucked so going to try to right the ship again. Getting stronger and more stamina after 8
sessions with the trainer. I have 8 left and plan to make the most of them. Frustrated about the lack of weight loss
but not mad about it. I know I can get it together and know why it is happening.

Gained 1.5 lbs back this week, not really a surprise with the holiday. In fact, it could've been worse with the damage I did over the weekend.

So back at it hard this week.

Lost 0.8 lbs this week, slowly making my way back to where I was 3 weeks ago.

After going on and off both dieting and working out all year, it looks like I'll be down around 10lbs. Only 40 more to go, so in 4 more years I should be right where I need to be.

I would track weight changes in a larger increments than .8-1.5 pounds. It's the diffence between taking a shit or not before you step on the scale.

Which is why I weigh myself at the same time each morning, after said task has been accomplished.

Exactly, I weigh myself every Sunday morning under the exact same circumstances. Every loss, no matter how small, is still a loss. It may only be coming off a pound or less at a time, but its all adding up.

When I was really dropping pounds I weighed every morning after brushing teeth and didn’t care so much about day to day but trends. It was interesting too see pound to two pound variances day to day but it was mostly a two pound a week trend for a long time. Now I just check in from time to time and only worry if I’ve pushed up three pounds from baseline.

True, I was in the 270 area, now in the high 250 area, but still in 250 spot.

Great week for me, dropped 2.2 lbs, my biggest weekly drop since I started keeping track of that 12 weeks ago. Down 24 lbs in total, 204 is my current weight. Looking to lose another 10-15 lbs.

Took advantage of a marathon 2.5 hour rat hockey session and had my biggest drop yet, nearly 3 lbs. Down to 201 from starting weight of 228.

This is pretty crazy. Played hockey for 2.5 hours on 12/26 no problem, 5 days later played for 10 minutes and passed out due to my heart valve closing up.

Anyone know any good personal trainers on the SW Side? I need to gain weight. Chicken legs and no core. Hard to do this stuff on my own, but any trainers I have met were impatient jags.
