Had an absolute crazy night Friday. First time in the new era going out and getting shit faced with the boys. Started at tje bar at Perry's Steakhouse in Vernon Hills. Didn't eat a single thing and just drank (forshadowing for later) From there hit a couple bars in Libertyville. And then at the last bar I stepped up and pulled my first one night stand of the new era! Checked that off the list. She was a banshee. While hooking up she was telling me how much she likes anal and also if she gets comfortable with me she'd like to bring another girl into the mix for 3 some. so....might have to see her again


She left at 3 and then things got really crazy. Went to bed and woke up a few hours later. at some point I do remember laying on my bathroom floor spooning the toilet, but I thought I got down there intentionally. But when I woke up I had huge bump on side of head, below that my ear looked like someone massaged it with a cheese grater. And my knee on same side was swollen and I couldn't walk. Clearly I passed out standing and hit the deck in there, but have no recollection of it at all. 2 days later and I can finally walk again.

was worried about the weigh in this week. Haven't hit the bike all week, been walking the dogs instead. Felt like I slacked off a bit in the eating too. But, then got on the scale and it's 192.4, down a pound from last week. Getting very close to the 180s for first time in decades.

Passed my Rickey Henderson goal of losing 24 more pounds after he died, gonna keep going.



Also signed up for Bumble this week and have 3 dates lined up for next week all with hot chicks. Life is ridiculously good right now.

Attempted a return to outdoor running on Saturday and Sunday. I sat out over a month due that whatever flu-bug that was circling....damn cough has lingered with me forever.

I have a lot of work to do to get back to finishing a 5K under a 10 min pace. Getting old sucks...

Dates last two nights both went well. Monday much better than last night, but last night's girl was hotter. So I'm torn lol. Got another date tomorrow in the city.

But now I have a situation. Going to a bar to see a band Saturday locally. Turns out Monday girl is also going to same concert with friends. And of course, turns out Tuesday girl is also going with friends. I am so screwed, but it will definitely be very entertaining for my friends which is all that really matters.

got on the scale a day early since I have a date tonight. 189 lbs!! Surpassed my goal of 190-195. 46 lbs total since November. Gonna keep going to build up a cushion.

Had my annual blood test / physical today....waiting on the results of the test, but for the first time in several year, my blood pressure was a solid 98 / 71 and not even close to being high. I think I'll celebrate with burger fries and beer.
