About my least favorite major championship but actually really looking forward to the changes they have made to the course. I believe it has gotten some good reviews from the players. I have really been unplugged from the PGA Tour since the Masters. Really swamped with work stuff. Currently have 3 days of golf coming up and should be able to catch quite a bit of the coverage as well. Really not even sure who is supposed to be favored. I suspect the usual folks. I'd really like to see Spieth get his grand slam. Would be good to see Woods make another cut and finish a bit stronger than he did at the Masters.

Not my favorite major either T-Bone. At least the course looks interesting. I've been saying that Rory is my pick for a while, but now I have a feeling that Xander is going to break through and win his first major.

Enjoy, looking forward to a report on how it is. I saw a lot of media attention for the $19 beers on the course. That is insane for a 24 ounce Michelob.

They were the same price at the Ryder Cup, I find it interesting that this has become all of the sudden such a big issue.

Interesting. I never had a beer while there so never made the connection. I do remember a lot of people pre-gaming in the parking lot at Ryder. I'm not sure how big an issue it is but certainly seems like price gouging. If you want beer then you know how much it is. Maybe it is more surprising to me that people would pay that much for a crappy beer.

The problem is, you only have 2 or 3 choices of the type of beer you can have. I know Stella is an option and maybe one more.

Would love to see Spieth win and it wouldn't surprise me at all, but I am going with Rahm.

It's a joke. Thanking Biden for the high beer prices.

Course is awesome. Love the old trees. 6 dollar waters was very cool. Biggest merch tent I've ever seen and they were printing money in there. Parking was at Oral Roberts University and wow is that a huge campus.

Wonder if he will ever get back. Going to lunch this afternoon with a co-worker and I doubt I will be making it back to the office. I am sure some of the golf will be on TV.

Its incredibly difficult to only play once every six weeks and play well.

With him being 9 shots back, at least the verbal diarrhea about him having a chance to win won't happen like it did after round one at Augusta.

Watching the pre-CBS coverage makes me realize how much I dislike Nantz broadcasting golf. And I'm very glad I didn't have Saturday tickets. Weather looks absolutely shitty.

This is the issue with pushing the PGA up into May. This is going to happen based on their locales.

To be fair, this is the only day of the whole week of the tourney that has had bad weather. Tomorrow will be gorgeous.

Turned out to be a pretty exciting finish. I figured anyone that was E or better at the start may have a chance. I was surprised Mito hung in there as long as he did. I thought I would have choked away the lead by the 10th hole. Pretty good lesson to never give up in these type of events. The playoff was quite exciting and that drive on #17 by JT will be on his highlight reel for the rest of his life.

I was surprised that many shot poorly it seemed yesterday. Not sure if I didn’t realize the course was simply more narrow and difficult than usual.

i only watched the last 2 hours, but was everyone having to hit a massive fade approach to the green on 18? or was it just the final groups all managed to drive too far right?

i was half expecting the Italian guy to try and whack the ball out of the water.

I was streaming SKY spots for most of the weekend. I'm OK with Nantz, but the Euro calls are just so much better. Also, there is something comforting about hearing a UK accent on a golf broadcast.

That Radar dude is really annoying as hell though.
