I think every Tuesday night Golf Channel runs a program called Golf's Greatest Rounds. Last night they replayed the 2010 PGA
Championship at Whistling Straits. I kinda wanted to get a feel for the course again. Unfortunately I have to work next weekend
and will miss all of the coverage. I have played the course and also walked it during a practice round way back in 2004 but my
memory of the place pretty much lies with just a handful of holes so it was fun seeing it all unfold again. I look forward to the
tournament next week and it should be a solid test. Hopefully the wind will blow a bit like it was during that final round in 2010.

I hope I can see some of the coverage, it is an amazing course.

Oh ok, I won't spoil the ending for you. It was pretty enjoyable to watch. There were a lot of guys in it until the very end.

I know who won, but I like you just want to go back and look at the course and how it was set up. Did DJ still ground his club in that bunker?

McIlroy is supposed to play a practice round there on Saturday, to test his ankle.

That is pretty good. My dad works for that Caddymaster company as they run the caddies at Augusta. The kid who carried
my bag at Erin Hills was in his mid-20s and caddies at Streamsong down in Florida during the winter. It would probably be
interesting for a season but I really don't think that it would be much of a life.

Be careful. This course is an absolute bitch to navigate. I went to a PGA event here years ago and got one hell of a workout walking this course.

I usually scoff at golf fans wearing their golf shoes to go and watch golf but it honestly isn't the worst idea on this course. You definitely want some
shoes where you will get some good grip, especially if it is wet out there. When I was there I saw many people slip and fall, twisted ankles and I am
sure some injuries were much worse.

As long as they are comfortable, wear them.

I did too, watched about 40 minutes of it last night. Rory looks like he's 12, Day looks a little older at 13.

Rory's hair was cracking me up. You can totally see the difference getting in the gym made for him as well.

I would assume he could take some swings closer to his house in Florida? and if that works on, HAWG can get him a resident discount for a practice round.

With the injury he has, that course may not be the best to come back on. The terrain is brutal to say the least. He had better be 100% or I wouldn't it. And yes Biggie, I will hook him up.

Saw a picture of Rory on a plane this morning, I wonder where that could be flying to.

I went in 2010 for that fantastic finish on Sunday. What an amazing course, but those were not bunkers and ended up costing DJ a major. There's a good chance I'll be going next Sunday as well. Hopefully with another great finish is in the cards.

Side note: i slipped and fell down 3 hills in 2010, my goal this year is just 1.

I read in the paper today about a club pro that is in the field. He missed the cut last year by one shot. Anyway he is a guy I used to play junior golf
against 25 years ago.

Now that we've had a few years to settle down, I'm glad that we can all agree that DJ got robbed last time at this course.
I don't care if a special little piece of paper is taped up in the locker room......fans don't stand in a bunker. On any other course.
Stupid rule that ruins an otherwise great TV golf course.
