It's fun once a year or so, but it's way too damn expensive to go more often than that. You're better off paying for 18 at an actual course*

Can't play 18 in January.

It's a nice option if you have limited time, and want to whack some golf balls.

I live in Florida from November to March. Bought a place in Del Boca Vista Phase III a few years ago.

This does nothing for me. The one is Wood Dale is closer to me.

They should build one of these in a town called Chicago. I know its no Wood Dale or Naperville, but this Chicago place is pretty big too and has lots of people.

Nothing like placing it in one of the biggest west suburban traffic nightmares around, but whatever.

TG is expanding pretty rapidly - opening several in the US this year.

It's brutal now with all of the construction, but when it's done, it will be great. Here is what that interchange will look like.

TopGolf isn't a store, it's a 21st century driving range, with food and drink.

Sweet. I hope the Wood Dale one will be less busy now.
I do plan on checking out the Naperville one soon. I assume it'll be a little bit more state of the art.

Top Golf is great. Extremely pricey if you're only going for a driving range...but the comforts are great...full bar...waitresses...decent menu size...shots into the targets are tracked. I've been there when it is 5° outside last winter...and the heaters are amazing. You can be out there with a fleece on and it feels maybe 40°. If it is 40° outside, the heaters would probably make it seem like 65°. Year round, outdoor driving range.

Good luck figuring out which lane with that gobbledygook interchange.

I'm gonna have to disagree on this point. I was there when it was between 15-20 degrees out and even with the heaters it was still way too cold. Our group decided that 30 degrees would probably be the tipping point.

How long ago? They upgraded all the heaters last winter. The new ones are beastly. You also have to make sure the ones in the bays on each side of you are going.

(This is for the first floor. I'm sure the second floor would be colder because it is more open.)

When's that going to be over?

I wonder if it will cause accidents at first,I can see people driving the wrong way.

That would make sense since I was there two winters ago and I think I was upstairs. It was really cold.

Thanks for the info, I'll definitely give it another try this winter when I get bored of going to the golf dome.

It appear complicated and confusing when watching the overhead video of the entire interchange, but that isn't what you see while driving. This is good creative engineering which makes perfect sense.

Good creative engineering would be leveling the entire city of Naperville.

Turn it into a parking lot.

It will be great if it works. It's always a bit of a mess on 59 there. Lots of impatient and careless drivers at that exit.

I think I'll be at it Friday and Saturday. Sometimes I exit on eola or take warrenville or deihl re up to 59. Works okay if you are coming from east.

At 8am and 5pm, Rte 59 is already a parking lot.

I like Naperville.
